Received your order and realised you purchased the wrong flavour? It happens! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Please note, returned products must be in unopened and resalable condition, and return postage is at your own cost.

Halo Nutrition takes the utmost care will your order. We screen every item for manufacturing faults before your order is packed for delivery, and we use trusted couriers to ensure your items are handled with care. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days so we can arrange an immediate replacement. Please note, for courier claim and insurance purposes, we may ask you to send us a photo showing the damage to your item, or send you a pre-paid postage bag so you can get the damaged item back to us for review.
